Trendz Coffee House

I very clearly request Decaf coffee to accommodate a kidney condition that I have. I understand the occasional miscommunication but unapologetic service is completely unacceptable. In the last month alone, 2 out of 5 of my last beverages were caffeinated, not decaffeinated. The first time I didnt say anything but when I asked if they could possibly remake it, the Manager just shrugged at me stating that they didnt understand what I was asking and muttered a so sorry. Whether it was due to the language barrier or gross negligence, either way I left with yet another coffee that I could not drink. Needless to say I will never be going back to this coffee shop.

The girls are so friendly and after going there for a while, they seemed to have remembered my order. That saved a lot of time in the morning, made me happy, and felt that my presence was respected.
Being an old customer, I've noticed the staff change. But it didn't bother me since the coffee and food has always been good and the environment has always been friendly and comfortable. So I definitely would recommend this place.

The new owners are disappointing. When they are working, they aren't always very friendly, they screw up orders (perhaps due to a language barrier), but most of all their service is very very slow.
The prices have gone up and they seem to be using different products from before too. I personally, don't like the taste of the espresso they use now. Also many of the baked goods and pastries are overpriced, sometimes stale, and generally not great tasting. I think the quality of that food has gone down.
There are only a few nice staff members but they never seem to work there very long at all, many give the impression of being unhappy with the owners. I have even seen occasions where the new owners have treated their employees poorly. The staff are changing around so often.
I've even heard of staff giving quitting notice and then after doing so, being told that they were now fired and that they should leave immediately. Then the owners refused pay that was due to that employee. That's pretty slimy.
All in all, I rate this coffee shop very poor. Don't waste your money for a drink that is overpriced that you have to wait forever for and where staff treatment is lousy. Go to Starbucks, Esquires, Porter's, or Mc Burney's. Thanks for reading.

This coffee shop has changed management a year ago and has changed in quality & service. The prices are higher than other coffee shops in the area and management are not fair to their employees. The girls are very friendly and try to give good service but struggle to put up with the work environment. The turnover rate seems quite high.

Trendz Coffee House is the place to be. The service is beyond any other local coffee house.The food is number one. The coffee is always hot. This is the meeting place for LSHS, we call it our office. Sorry you missed us.

The Best Breakfeast Wraps period !!! They always come with a smile too !!

I love coming here in the morning, the staff is very welcoming and those days when your in a rush, the drinks are made quick and perfect. The prices are good compared Starbucks and they have a variety of ice cream to the best chicken ceaser wrap I have ever had! I would definetly reccomened this cofee house to anyone.

Excellent grilled Panini sandwiches - large and comes with side salad. Breakfast wraps are fabulous. Great daily specials, value and portions are great, everything is always delicious and fresh and super nice staff!! One of our family favorite restaurants for lunch or a quick dinner when we're on the go.
