I very clearly request Decaf coffee to accommodate a kidney condition that I have. I understand the occasional miscommunication but unapologetic service is completely unacceptable. In the last month alone, 2 out of 5 of my last beverages were caffeinated, not decaffeinated. The first time I didn’t say anything but when I asked if they could possibly remake it, the Manager just shrugged at me stating that they didn’t understand what I was asking and muttered a ‘so sorry’. Whether it was due to the language barrier or gross negligence, either way I left with yet another coffee that I could not drink.
