Horrible Service and extremely rude manager!!!!!!!!!!! Worst pizza place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a pizza at the Burnaby location for pick up and was told it would be 20 mins. So I went there after 20 mins and was told my order was almost ready then I waited and waited....another 20 mins went by and I still didn't have my order. I asked them to check my order and still nothing...so I cancelled my order and left. There goes 50mins of my life I could never get back....I called the manager and tried to figure out what went on in the restaurant...the manger was extremely rude and said to me 20 mins was just a approximation...but they made me wait for more than 40 mins and I still didn't have my order...and without any appolazing the manager hung me up...how rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Will never ever go back to this place. I just realized today that they are using machine cut frozen don...

On May 26th I took my Niece to paint at club colour in langley- we went to CHoo Choos for dinner and when I saw the menu I was sad because there was literally nothing on it but a salad that I could eat. I am an annoying customer- no meat, no cow dairy, no gluten- it all makes me really sick, When the lovely waitress heard of my issues- she told me that ED n ME's has a gluten free pizza and its really good. Here we are on june 4th and I have now eaten and ed n me's pizza FOUR TIMES. . . I have created my own with pesto - garlic, red onion feta, spinach. . . . for the first time in years my husband and I can order in - and it actually gets eaten- every morsel. . .I will be ordering it again tonight- for $20 I get a small gluten free which may seem like alot for a pizza but I know how much a gluten free pizza crust costs in the store - the only thing the pizza is missing is a little drizzle of balsamic reduction which I add to it at home. We have wasted ALOT of food and ALOT of money trying to find take out that meets my requirements- and satisfies my husband.
So you have found a loyal customer here-my only suggestion is that your salads the ceasar could use a little love. . . I will see you tonight

This is amazing pizza... yes it's $$$, but so worth it and it's a treat! It's ultra thin crust, yummy sauce, loaded with toppings every single time we order it... we always order the combo including anchovies( they use whole ones, yummy) and 1/2 jalapeno, 1/2 banana peppers.... some people hate thin crust, some people prefer a quickie cheap panago pizza... we love Me & Ed's pizza!

Incredibly UNDERWHELMING. The toppings on the website looked decadent. Ordered 2 small pizzas, which were incredibly minisize for the price of $30! Only to be disappointed. The pizza crust is thin, flaky and cardboard like...while the decadent toppings were a huge let down. Don't waste your money.

The service was extremely slow and the food only so-so. I doubt we will go back there again.

i use to order here a lot but lately it been not so good it sad i gone back to PANGNO wish it get better

I brought my family in on Saturday night around 600 pm for the first time,not only were we not told that the heating system was not working at all,until we all were freezing,& asked the server,but by this time we were so hungry,we thought we would just stick it out.If there was a sign upon entering the doorway,that there was no heat,& it was up to your own discretion,whether to stay or not,that would have made sense,as there were several customers complaining about the lack of warmth.As for the food,did not enjoy it at all.
We brought pizza leftovers home,but couldn't eat it.I used to years ago,enjoy your location near Middlegate

Well, I had high hopes for this new place that opened up here in Abbotsford. Just saw an interview where Michael J. Fox raved about Me 'n Eds pizza.
I decided to take my 5 year old there for dinner after I went to vote. It was busy at 535, parking is a joke, no way enough for the location. We go inside and no sign of any hostess. After waiting about 10 minutes, I ask the people waiting if anyone was not on the list for seating. I then add my name to the list.
A young woman asked those of us waiting if anyone was waiting for a table. Well, if she had taken half a second, she would have seen about 6 names on the sheet. I said out loud she should check the list. Several of the names called had no response, so we don't know if they took off, I should have.
As another employee came up front and got the seating thing fixed.
When my daughter and I were seated, I had asked if they had a kids menu and she said not really I like to think you either do or you don't.
We ordered about 615. At 645, my daughter had to use the ladies room. When we were walking back, I was told our food was on the table. When we got there I saw her garlic cheese toast and a small pizza. It certainly was not my large pizza with artichokes and roasted chicken. I let the staff know and say it must be for the couple that ordered at least five minutes before me who had not received their food yet.
The waitress then takes the pizza off of my table and placed it on theirs. I found this strange as it had been on my table for at least 5 minutes while my daughter and I were in the washroom. Also, are they sure I did not touch the pizza? Not very sanitary. I also hear the gentleman say that he had ordered extra cheese and olives and I clearly did not see any additional cheese. He also mentioned that his guest still had not received her salad. Well, I was not surprised that the waitress, instead of apologizing chose to say that this was the pizza he ordered. He asked for a hot pizza with the toppings he asked for. He also asked to speak to the manager on duty. Instead of him coming to the table, she came back and said they will make their order. I thought they just needed to make a new pizza? Hmmm.
Anyway, the waitress said the bill will be taken care of.
I received my pizza. I had a whole wheat pizza with regular sauce, artichokes and roast chicken and goat cheese as I am not able to eat dairy. The crust was very, very dry, but the sauce was nice.
I needed to take my daughter back to the washroom and as we were walking back I heard a couple of interesting things.
1. I heard a busser ask where the fat lady by the window was, referring to me. Wow.
2. I then heard a waitress ask the kitchen to remake a pizza. I guess half was made with one set of toppings and the other with another set. It came back because when they customer ordered no onions they didn't specify no onions on the whole pizza.
Then we were pretty much done eating when we got back. The waitress came to wrap my pizza and I asked if we could order a scoop of chocolate ice-cream. I had seen another dessert offered on the menu that was served with a scoop of chocolate ice-cream. The waitress said to me I don't think we serve chocolate ice cream, would vanilla with chocolate sauce be okay? My daughter said she wants chocolate ice cream. The waitress seemed confused and I stated that if there is no chocolate ice-cream, she does not want any. When she cam back, she had a large, square, warm plate. Most of the ice cream was melted. There was also visible freezer burn on it. I decided to not argue and scraped the freezer burn off of it myself. We finally left at 720pm.
It took too long to get our food and is not worth the wait. Go to presto cucina, it tastes way better and is cheaper...

Me N' Eds is a classic. Since the first time I've tasted Me N'Eds pizza in Burnaby almost 30 years ago I've been enjoying their pizza. Unlike no other a paste that is tangy and thick (much more flavor than a sauce so I always ask for extra), a cheese blend and toppings on top. This is not a budget pizza for that you can go to dominos or panago. This is quality thin crust and is set apart from any other. If you like a crispy thin pizza then you'll find what you're looking for here. My favorite is the double pepperoni or capicolli and pineapple..and always on a whole wheat crust with extra paste. The setting is classic pizza parlor too, not fancy, just simple and hearty.

This is the most amazing pizza i have ever had! The crust is the best by far and it was just as good reheated in the oven the next day! Every one I went with said it was the best pizza they had ever had!

i been eating here since it open great pizza a lot better then boston pizza now lots of differt type of pizza you never get tried of try them u can even make up 1 you like like i do wtg guys keep it up

We tried it and it was not that bad but a bit on the expensive side for what you get. I do agree the taste is quite bland almost Domino pizza taste. I am not sure if I would go back but it is a nice looking eatery and the service was acceptable.

Pizza was not very good, crust dried out and tasted bland. Very disappointed as everyone raved out this place. Gave it a second try to be fair and was disappointed yet again. Toppings were second grade and not the freshest, I watched the cook create someone else's pie and he failed to wash his hands after going out for a smoke. We informed and showed the waitress that we had an entertainment coupon which said save 50% off any large pizza and she said no problem we accept those, when we got the bill it was not discounted as per the coupon so we questioned the waitress and she replied that the owners already discounted the pizza by 1.50 so we are sorry that you cannot use the coupon at this time. We were upset of course but paid and was leaving when we overheard a different waitress explain the same scenario to a couple who also had a similar coupon but being not confrontal we just departed quietly. I do not want to give a bad review to all The Me & Ed's eateries but this Langley location is not high in my recommendation book.
