Planet Java 50's Cafe

We went to this restaurant expecting a great burger and a great time. The food is terrible - claims of fresh homemade grilled were on the menu - but after checking the kitchen - buns in storebought bags and the most used appliance was the microwaves. The food was WAAYY overpriced. This restaurant/cafeteria is in this business exclusively for the $$. DO NOT GO HERE! We are $50 out of pocket and feel dinged

Planet Java,located in Fort Langley, a major tourist spot in BC, is a tad overpriced (WE PAYED $27.50 FOR ONE DOUBLE BURGER WITH A CHOCOLATE SHAKE, A CLUBHOUSE AND A POP...I WOULD HATE TO HAVE BROUGHT MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE HERE!! The food is fair but, fresher ingredients should be used for the price one pays. For example, their clubhouse sandwich, processed turkey or chicken, of course you can't tell which one, should be replaced with freshly grilled and sliced chicken breast, it was also very dry, so a little more mayo!!!Also try shredding the lettuce and putting a little more on than just one flat leaf. Don't get me wrong, there's alot of potential for this place, they just have to care about the food a little more, rather than the pricing. PS the cheese on the clubhouse...shouldn't be there!!!
