Estrella's Montreal Deli & Cafe

Mike Estrella is a god among making food.
It's easy to tell that everyone there actually cares about making great food for people to eat instead of slapping something together. I absolutely love this restaurant and since it's close to my work it just makes lunch time that much better. I'd highly recommend going there if you're in the area. Everyone raves about the smoked meat but I'd also check out the roasted turkey panini with tomato pesto sauce. I hate tomatoes but this sandwich has changed all that for me....really

Best smoked meat that I've tried out side of Montreal. Other things are good too, including the salads and soup. Some what pricey.

Smoked Meat as I remember it. I went back to Montreal recently and the smoked meat I had was not as good as Estrellas.
Keep up the great food.

As an ex-Montrealer I would hightly recommend Estrella's. It's so good, I eat a 16 oz sandwich & half of my mom's 12 oz. Between the smoked meat sandwich & the fries you'd think you were back in Montreal.

The Best and I mean BEST smoked meat west of Montreal. Ask for it JUICY as this is the tastiest and best way for good smoked meat to be.
